We were there today and waited over half an hour for floats! Asked if we could bring in our grandkids floats and were told no due to health reasons. How could our own floats be more of a health risk than public ones?? Were told there were plenty of floats but the guy who aired them up wasn't there so we'd just have to wait. Called the City of Barbourville and asked for help resolving this and was told I'd get a return call shortly. That was almost three hours ago! If you can't provide a service why would you continue to sell admissions?
Clean wholesome fun for the whole family! Very well maintained and staffed. Like Goldilocks would say; this park is just right, big enough to have quite the variety of pools, slides and more, yet small enough to keep your family safely in sight. Concession stand was immaculate, reasonably priced and offers a vast array of choices. Just wonderful!

I only give it three stars because as a water park it is okay. But the things that make a place better than just okay this place is lacking in. The staff are consistently unfriendly and the lifeguards are never doing their jobs (even when all they have to do is supervise the kitty pool) because theyre busy chatting with each other. There are never enough floats and ALWAYS count on them to close twenty minutes early despite every sign saying theyre open until six. Besides all of this its a good place to spend a lazy day at the pool.
Got kicked out the pool for "making out" when me and my fiancé were only holding hands and did only a 1 second kiss. Person who kicked us out tried to make an excuse saying they had gay friends themselves and that it was okay for them to kick us out. Great place to get kicked out for being LGBT during pride month. Not coming back.
