I've done my best to be polite to the people at the Barbourville McDonald's, but enough is enough. Each time I'm at this place they mess up my order. I mean seriously every time. Tonight they messed my order up not once but three different times. After going in for a third time and getting home to realize I STILL did not receive what I had asked for I then threw it in the trash. $20, 45 minutes, and gas I will never get back. Seems to be the same manager on shift each time it happens. IF I WERE YOU I WOULDNT WASTE MY TIME OR MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. It would have been more enjoyable to have burned that $20 bill instead of waste it at the Barbourville McDonald's.
There food is always good and hot, occasionally I have to wait a little but seeing as the workers all work hard and provide excellent service. I would recommend this McDonald's over others in this area.
Every time I go there they get our order wrong! I'm normally a patient person but when you have to take something more than 2 times it can get pretty aggravating. No only is the accuracy of orders not good but most of the people working there are rude! They basically shove your order at you to get you out of the way. I said thank you and didn't even get acknowledged. I just waited 20 mins for 2 mocha frappe!!! Really?! Never again!
They never get my order correct, my fries are always cold and dead. The worst McDonalds in history. It's like they have gave up and take no pride in their product. The morning shift is a completely different story, like a whole different business.
Poor service. Waited for over 10 minutes for a drink in the parking and after I went inside to complain they struck a attitude and was like our machine is broke.
